Under Cover Operation : U .C .A
U C A , undercover operation involving secret work within a community or institution.
U C A , is also put in factories and companies to know the details of the other employees ,any thefts, any pilferage ,any union activity and many more.
Our U C A will join the company as an employee and carry out to collect information and submit to the Management. U C A maybe working as an Undercover officer which the management only knows.
Many a time U C A also does surveillance of employees for information about the employee and his activities and submits reports to management.
Some times Unions of employees, Trade Unions are formed to fight the management and then U C A will be informed to collect the activities of the union and work.
U C A is paid a salary like other employee to keep his job a secret and confidential.
